If you liked Fuzzy's before COVID, you will LOVE Locoz Tacoz! The food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Grab an ice cold Mexican Coke from the fridge, get the quesabirria and know bliss at least once in your lifetime. The al pastor Locoz Fries were great. As this heaping mound of fries and fixins comes out you'll understand that it's worth the price. Highly recommend that you go and try it at least once. If you're not hooked, quality Mexican food may not be your jam. Staff was nice and friendly, too.

This place is so good I started the review before I finished my food! The shrimp taco was soo flavorful and the beans were seasoned to perfection (ate it before the photos)! Fish taco was also good! Cant wait to go back!

So we went here like the week before Christmas and I don’t usually post reviews for places that I have only been to only once, but this is definitely an exception. We went for lunch and they had a lunch special that was two street tacos and the locoz fried or whatever they’re called. Our name/number was called and my boyfren and I very confidently went up to the counter to get our food where there were three sauce bottles; two of which were labeled “habanero” and another “very hot.” We went for the habanero, which was apparently the less hot of the two. We quickly realized the gravity of the choice made and sat down, took a bit and immediately started to cry a lil. The sauce was flavorful and a deep spice. I got shrimp tacos and the meat was cooked nicely. The fries were so good. Also, all of this was only like 13/person which is all I’m trying to do for lunch. 10/10 will go again and I HAVE to try the “very hot” sauce.

My wife and I have driven past Locoz Tacoz countless times, but tonight, we finally stopped in—and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the passion behind this place. The food was absolutely authentic and bursting with flavor. But what truly set Locoz Tacoz apart was the experience. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and you can tell this isn’t just a business—it’s a labor of love. The dedication to quality, tradition, and hospitality shines through in every detail. If you’re looking for a spot that serves up incredible, no-nonsense, straight-from-the-heart Mexican food, do yourself a favor and stop by. Support small businesses, support authenticity, and treat yourself to some of the best tacos in town. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the Street tacos pastor (see pic), my wife had the veggie tacos. These are easily amongst the best tacos in StL metro. I’ve also overheard several people ordering the fish tacos, I will be trying those next time even though I absolutely loved the pastor. Only thing that they could improve upon is the diet drink options. Also, staff members are extremely personable.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Locaz Tacos! I ordered the street tacos, and she got the Birria tacos—both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was cooked to perfection. The Birria tacos, in particular, were packed with rich, savory goodness. Service was quick, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone craving top-tier tacos!
